After setting the Induction Sealing Machine properly to the required temperature/heat value, a few bottles are passed through the conveyor.
A thermal image of each bottle is taken by an infrared camera (till it is warm).
The entire image is converted into a smaller thermal pixel resolution for accuracy.
This image is then analysed and stored as temporary data.
After a confirmation of the sample bottle’s seal correctness, the same data is then saved as master data for further production reference.
Once the production has started, the infra-red camera captures a picture of each bottle.
The statistical analysis of data from this image is compared with the master data.
If any defect is perceived by C6, the defective product is discarded through the adjacent rejection point (R2) by pneumatic operation, into the same rejection bin.
If any discrepancy is observed, it is recorded against a specific error.
The decision is transferred to the PLC, which then transfers the bottle to the rejection bin.
The rejection confirming sensor cross-checks the removal of the rejected bottle from the production line.
To place user-friendly automated systems for the inspection activities in the operation lines of the global pharmaceutical and food industry - that serve for generations, in the establishments.
